Launched in 2026 and built by master shipwright Marc Christoffel, Otium is a 48-meter phinisi designed for refined private exploration of the Indonesian archipelago. Powered by a Yanmar 600HP engine with dual 33kW generators and a 14kWp solar array, she cruises quietly at 9 knots with a top speed of 12.
She accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 cabins: a 39 m² Master Suite on the main deck with a private balcony, a 25 m² Queen Suite on the upper deck, and four 15 m² Deluxe Staterooms on the lower deck. A crew of 15 ensures seamless, highly personalised service throughout each voyage.
Onboard life unfolds across The Day Club — a 45 m² sundeck with lounge and dining zones — an indoor lounge with TV, Xbox and sound system, and a full water-sports programme including kayaks, paddleboards, wakeboarding, fishing, and certified diving with two compressors and Nitrox. Two 100HP RIB tenders, Starlink Wi-Fi, espresso machine, and yoga mats round out the experience. Otium sails Komodo (May–Oct), Alor and the Spice Islands (Oct–Nov, Mar–Apr), and Raja Ampat (Oct–Apr).
