Q: How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for peak season (April–October in Komodo, October–April in Raja Ampat). Last-minute availability can sometimes be found, but the best yachts book up quickly.

Q: What is included in the charter price?

Most charters include the yacht, professional crew, fuel, meals, non-alcoholic beverages, water sports equipment, and port fees. Premium spirits, diving with PADI instructors, spa treatments, and special excursions may be additional.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (USD, EUR, GBP) and major credit cards. A 50% deposit is typically required to secure your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by yacht and season. Generally, cancellations more than 90 days before departure receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Closer to departure, partial refunds or date changes may be offered. We recommend travel insurance.

Most yachts require a minimum of 2 nights, though 3–5 night charters are the most popular. Some ultra-luxury vessels may have a 5-night minimum during peak season.
