Q: What is a cabin charter?

A cabin charter lets you book one or more cabins on a scheduled shared yacht voyage rather than chartering the entire yacht privately. You join a small group of other guests and share the yacht, crew and itinerary.

Q: Can I book just one cabin?

Yes. You can book a single cabin for one or two guests, or several cabins for a small group. Every cabin in our departures table shows the exact per-person and per-cabin price.

Q: Are the dates fixed?

Yes. Cabin charter departures follow a fixed schedule set by each yacht. If the exact date doesn't suit you, we can suggest similar departures or move you to a private charter.

Q: How do I know which cabins are available?

Every departure card on this page shows live remaining cabins, category, bed setup and status (Available, Limited, Only 1 left, Sold out). Availability is reconfirmed before booking.

Q: Are prices per person or per cabin?

Cabin rates are shown per person per night in USD, before Indonesia's 11% tax. Each departure card also shows the total per person and total per cabin for the full voyage.

Q: What is included?

Cabin accommodation, all meals on board, crew and captain, tender transfers during the trip, snorkelling equipment, and the yacht's standard route. Exact inclusions per departure are listed inside each departure card.

Q: Are national park fees included?

It depends on the yacht and destination. Some departures include Komodo or Raja Ampat park fees, others charge them separately. The exact policy is shown on the departure detail.

Q: Is diving included?

Snorkelling is included on all departures. Certified diving is available on select yachts and is charged per dive. We'll confirm diving pricing when you enquire.

Q: Can solo travellers join?

Yes. Single occupancy is available on most cabins with a 50% single supplement on the per-person rate. Some departures allow cabin sharing with another solo traveller of the same sex.

Q: What happens if a departure is sold out?

You can join the waitlist through the enquiry form, or we can suggest similar departures with the same destination or yacht.
