Step 1: Share Your Requirements
Contact our team with your basic details:
- Travel dates (or flexible date range)
- Number of guests (including children's ages)
- Destination preference (Komodo, Raja Ampat, or open to suggestion)
- Key interests (diving, family activities, honeymoon, adventure)
- Budget range (optional but helps us curate the best options)
You'll receive a personalized response within 10 minutes during business hours.
Step 2: Receive Curated Proposals
Based on your requirements, we select 2–3 yachts that match your group size, interests, and budget. Each proposal includes:
- Yacht specifications, photos, and crew profiles
- Suggested itinerary with daily highlights
- All-inclusive pricing with a line-by-line breakdown
- Availability confirmation
Step 3: Confirm & Secure Your Booking
Once you've chosen your yacht, confirm with a 50% deposit. This secures the yacht, crew, and dates. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before departure. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Step 4: Pre-Trip Customization
In the weeks before your charter, our team coordinates:
- Detailed itinerary planning with day-by-day activities
- Dietary questionnaires and menu preferences
- Special requests (celebrations, photography, spa treatments)
- Dive certification verification
- Logistics: flights, airport transfers, pre/post-charter hotels
Step 5: Embarkation Day
On the day, a driver meets you at the airport and transfers you to the yacht. The captain and crew welcome you aboard with a briefing, safety orientation, and a welcome drink. Your yacht charter begins.
Timeline: How Far Ahead Should You Book?
- Christmas & New Year: 12–18 months ahead
- Peak Season (Jul–Aug): 6–12 months
- High Season (Apr–Jun, Sep–Oct): 3–6 months
- Shoulder/Low Season: 2–3 months (best availability and occasional discounts)

What If I Need to Cancel?
Cancellation policies vary by yacht but generally follow this structure:
- 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 60–90 days: 50% refund
- Under 60 days: No refund (we strongly recommend travel insurance)
