About This Itinerary
Our 8-day voyage highlights the treasures of the Banda Islands to discover how this remote area played a pivotal role in centuries of global trade. We visit the historical remnants of the Spice Trade, a time when nutmeg was worth more than its weight in gold, and walk in the footsteps of explorers from long ago.
The itinerary includes world-renowned dive and snorkel sites, from the reef sharks of Pulau Suanggi to the pristine hard corals of Nusa Laut, combined with deeply cultural experiences at Fort Belgica, Fort Hollandia, and living nutmeg plantations.

Tulehu Bay & Molana
Welcome aboard at Tulehu port. After a welcome drink, safety briefing, and meeting the crew, sail to Molana Island for an afternoon of snorkeling, diving and beach time.
Run Island & Neilaka — Banda Neira
Head ashore to learn of the Spice Trade's checkered past. Visit Rumah Besi, an old Dutch warehouse, and walk through a nutmeg plantation towered by 600-year-old Kenari Palms. Explore the underwater world between Neilaka and Run.
Ai Island & Banda Neira
Visit Fort Belgica, the Dutch Reform Church, and Museum on Banda Neira. Afternoon diving and snorkeling surrounding Ai Island. Evening cinema under the stars on the upper deck.
Banda Besar & Fort Hollandia
Visit Fort Hollandia, constructed in 1674 and critical to the Spice Trade. See modern-day nutmeg harvesting and meet local inhabitants. Afternoon dive at Batu Hangus north of Gunung Api volcano.
Hatta & Sahil Islands
Full day of watersports and relaxation at Hatta and Sahil Islands. Signature beach setup with loungers, umbrellas, kayaks and SUPs at a deserted beach.
Pulau Suanggi
Morning dive and snorkel at Pulau Suanggi with schools of snappers, Bluefin Trevally, and white tip reef sharks. Afternoon sail to Nusa Laut.
Nusa Laut & Saparua
Dive the sites around Nusa Laut known for breathtaking hard corals and vibrant marine life. Visit Duurstede Fort, a key point in the clove trade. Final dinner aboard sharing voyage memories.
Tulehu Port — Disembark
After breakfast, bid farewell as the crew transfers you to the airport for your onward flight.
