Navélia Yacht Charters Indonesia operates as a yacht charter brokerage, connecting clients with yacht owners and operators across Indonesia. We facilitate the booking process and provide personalized concierge services throughout your charter experience.

2. Booking & Payment

All charter bookings are subject to availability confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due according to the terms specified in your charter agreement. Specific payment terms and cancellation policies are provided with each booking confirmation.

3. Charter Agreement

Each charter is governed by a separate charter agreement between the client and the yacht owner/operator. This agreement outlines specific terms including pricing, itinerary, inclusions, cancellation policy, and liability provisions.

4. Liability

Navélia acts as an intermediary between clients and yacht operators. While we carefully vet each yacht in our fleet, the yacht owner/operator bears primary responsibility for the vessel, crew, and onboard services during the charter period.

All content on this website, including text, images, and pricing, is provided for informational purposes. Prices are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed during the booking process.
