A 47m classic schooner, Mutiara Laut blends 18th-century design with Indonesian elegance for expeditions across the archipelago.
Meaning 'Pearl of the Sea,' Mutiara Laut is a 47m classic wooden schooner built in 2009 and extensively refit in 2023. Her design is based on an 18th-century North Atlantic vessel, reimagined with unique Indonesian touches for expeditions through the archipelago's most remote islands.
The interiors present a relaxed elegance, combining natural hues, warm teak wood, and contemporary Indonesian furnishings. An air-conditioned indoor lounge and dining area features large, wrap-around windows, while the adjoining covered deck offers an alternative for open-air dining and relaxation on comfortable daybeds.
Mutiara Laut accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 well-appointed cabins, supported by a crew of 15. The layout includes a spacious owner's cabin on the upper deck with a private terrace, alongside six versatile cabins on the lower deck, all with ensuite bathrooms.
A true sailing yacht, her two masts carry seven sails, allowing her to cruise peacefully through the islands under wind power. She is designed for discovery, from the celebrated marine parks of Komodo and Raja Ampat to the culturally rich Banda Islands.
